A short snapshot of how each of the four groups understands itself, in its members' own words. The four-group framing is new and deliberately loose; we have broadly named each group's domain and responsibilities, but this asks the people inside each group what it actually means to belong. Ask each member verbally and record their responses; the recordings will be translated and transcribed. Before you begin, note which group the person belongs to.
四つのグループがそれぞれ自分自身をどう理解しているかを、メンバー自身の言葉で写し取る短いスナップショットです。四グループという枠組みは新しく、あえて緩やかに定めています。各グループの領域と責任は大まかに名づけましたが、ここでは「そのグループに属するとはどういうことか」をグループの内側にいる人々に尋ねます。各メンバーに口頭で問い、回答を録音してください。録音は翻訳・文字起こしします。始める前に、その人がどのグループに属するかを記録してください。

Companion instrument to the Founder Snapshot. Spun out of the Studio X "Other Thoughts" doc, 2026-06-01. It also serves as the studio exit survey, completed by each member at the end of the studio as part of the exit completion material, which is why establishing group identity matters now.
